摘　　要：对112例阴茎溃疡病例进行分析,经实验室检验结果显示,112例阴茎溃疡中,生殖器疤疹46例(41.1％),硬下疳29例(25.9％)。揭示中青年阴茎溃疡患者首先要考虑到性病溃疡的可能性,应结合实验室检验技术进行诊断,以便控制疾病的传播。We analysed 112 cases with ulcer of the penis. By taking the history of illness,using visual examination and collecting specimens, there were 46 patients with Genital herpes (41.1%) and 29 with chancre (25.9%). It suggested that the Young or middle age patients with ulcer of the penis should be con-siderde to STD and combine the laboratory test to assist the diagnosis.
