摘　　要：465份临床标本应用BACTEC法检测分支杆菌的结果,培养阳性标本111份,阳性率为23.9％;其中非结核分支杆菌6例,占5.4％;平均阳性出现时间7.0天;平均药敏时间4.6天;平均总报告时间15.5天;污染率为6.5％。与常规方法相比,BACTEC法具有显著的优越性。本文还就试验中发现的问题作了分析,并提出了相应的改进措施。465 cases of clinic samples were detected with BACTEC 460 TB System,and 111 cases (23.9%) were positive,and 6 cases (5. 4%) were MOTT(Mycobacterium other than tuberculosis). The mean time of positive culture was 7. 0 days,and the mean time of susceptibility test was 4. 6 days,the total report time was 15. 5 days,the contamination rate was6. 5%, the result shows that BACTEC 460 TB System is better than other methods which have already been used.
