摘  要:以8010菌剂对试验动物家兔、小白鼠进行了口服、肌注、滴眼的急性感染和拌食饲喂的亚急性感染试验。血液检验、体重变化及内脏解剖等观察分析表明该菌剂未显示毒性。此外,对培养基发酵液浓度、搅拌转速、原料的不同加工处理及通气量等几种影响菌数的关键因子进行分析,探讨了菌的发酵及工业化生产条。Acute toxicity including oral, dermal, intramuscular, irritation to eyes and skin and short term and long term toxicity including feeding were conducted with the experimental animals of Oryotilagus cuniculus var. domestica and Mus wagneri for the Bacillus thuringiensis 8010. Mamalian toxicology showed negative results through observation and examination on the animal's blood, body weight and internal organs dissection. In addition, several key factors including concentrations, stirring, processing for materials and airflow that affected Bt 8010 fermentation were analysed.
