Tectono-Stratigraphic Analysis and Geodynamic Background of Mesozoic Songliao Basin

摘　　要：? The Songliao basin, an important petroliferous Mesozoic basin in Northeast China, is composed of two prototypes of basins, the lower one was dominated by rifting, resulted in the formation of nearly 40 faulted basins; the upper one was dominated by the thermalinduced subsidence. Based on the regional tectonic events and sequence boundary surfaces, three tectonic sequences and eleven sequences are recognized in the basin. The deep process is a direct driving mechanism of the formation of the Mesozoic Songliao basin.?
