尿毒症血透患者心脏改变的超声观察(附220例报告)

摘　　要：本文报告220例尿毒症血透患者的超声观察,并与212例正常组超声心脏观察进行对照,尿毒症组LAD、LVD、RVD、IVST、LVPWTD、LVEF、EPSSA、AOD较正常组显著增厚,P<0.01,有显著统计学意义。尿毒症血透患者均有不同程度的心脏损害,该检查能清晰显示心包膜、心肌、心内膜、心瓣膜及功能的异常改变,其中以左室心肌改变更具特性,且该检查具有无创伤,重复性强的优点,对临床治疗,血透及肾移植颇有指导意义。220 patients with uremia were studied with Dopier ultrasound imaging compared with normal control. It was discovered that LAD, LVD, RVD, IVST, LVPWTD, LVEF, EPSSA, AOD were significan thick in the uremia group than in the normal (P < 0. 01) . These changes indicated that the patient with uremia ofen complicated with various cardiac lesion. The examination can clearly showed the lesion o endocardium, cardiac valve and cadiac function, the alteratiom of left ventricles was more specific for uremia. This method was an non-traumatic and can repeated. It had a greater significance for treatment, hemodialysis and renal transplantation of the patient.
