摘　　要：作者用MTT法对悬浮肿瘤细胞P388白血病细胞、EAC腹水癌细胞进行抗癌药物的体外筛选,并成功地筛选出葛根抗癌有效部位为总皂甙,通过与~3H—TdR掺入法比较,说明在不具备贴壁细胞的条件下。With MTT colorimetric assay, We screened anticancer agents in Vitro on suspended cells, such as P388 leukemia cells, EAC carcinoma cells. And Sapoins was proved to be the affective anticancer part of Flas puerari-ae. With MTT colorimetric was compared 3H- TdR incorporation assay, it showed that MTT colorimetric assay can be used to screen anticancer with not only sticking cells, but also susponded cells.
