摘  要:本文根据世界科技发展史的规律与纳米科技对现代科技各领域的巨大的革命性推动作用,指出了它在我国“科教兴国”战略中的主导性地位,分析了其对解决人类面临的一系列重大问题的巨大意义,同时对我国应实施的路线、政策,纳米科技人才的培养与配置,纳米科技的深入发展与前景提出了个人的一些观点。This paper the special status of nanometer scale of science and technology has been pointed according to the history of the development of the science and technology in world and the revolutional role pushing forward for mordern science and technology in 'Development in our Country with Science and Education'. The tremendous Significance has been analysed on a series of the vital problems solved to human faced with.Meanwhile,some personalpoints have been put forward on the lines and policies that out country shouldput into effect, the trainingand distributing of the talents of nanometer scale science and technology,the development indepth and the prospects of nanometer scale science and technology.
