黄腹角雉、红腹角雉和红胸角雉的核型分析

摘  要:本文采用外周血淋巴细胞短期培养、空气干燥制片、Giemsa染色的方法研究了黄腹角雉、红腹角雉和红胸角雉的核型。结果表明,三种角雉的核型基本一致,均为2n=80、7对大染色体(2m+4t+ZmWm+2t+2st+2t)和33对小染色体。染色体相对长度,除黄腹角雉与红腹角雉第2对染色体差异显著外,其它的差异均不显著。与鹌鹑、环颈雉的核型比较,角雉的核型与环颈雉的更相似。The karyotypes of Tragopan caboti, T. temminckii and T. satyra were studied with cultured lymphocytes for the preparations which were air-dried and Giemsa stained. The results showed that the karyotypes of 3 Tragopan species were almost the same. All of them were 2n=80, having 7 pairs of macrochromosomes (2m+ 4t+ZmWm+ 2t+ 2st+2t) and 33 pairs of microchromosomes. There were no obvious differences in comparison of chromosomal relative length of 3 Tragopan species except macrochromosome 2 of Tragopan caboti and T. temminckii. Comparison and analysis of the karyotypes of Tragopan with Common quail and Common pheasant have been made and the results showed that the tragopans were closer to the pheasants than the quails.
