呼吸病房院内获得性肺炎112例临床研究

摘　　要：对近１０年来我院呼吸科发生的１１２例院内获得性肺炎（ＮＰ）患者进行研究。结果表明，ＮＰ的发生率为３．２％，病死率为４２．９％，与文献报道基本一致。本文探讨了ＮＰ的发病机理和诱发因素，指出控制ＮＰ发生率和病死率的关键是早期发现，及时治疗。并强调了以合理使用抗生素为主的综合治疗措施。ne hundred and twelve patients with nosocomial pneumonia(NP)taken place inrespiratory wards in our hospital in the last 10 years were studied.It showed that theprevalence of NP was 3.2%and the fatality rate was 42.9%, which are accorded withthe reports of literatures. The pathogenic mechanism and inducing factors were ap-proached.It is pointed out that the key to control the prevalence and fatality rate of NPis early discovery and prompt treatment.The complex treatment that takes proper use ofantibiotics as a major process is emphasized.
