摘 要:对四川省白菜型、芥菜型品种的硫甙、含油量、脂防酸组成测定及农艺性状等鉴定,首次发现芥菜型油菜硫甙含量低于25μmol/g的材料5份。白菜型油菜芥酸含量最高为59.63%,亚麻酸含量最低为4.5%,含油量最高为47.29%,千粒重最高为3.84g,单株生产力最高为28.1g,每果粒数最多为28.5,单株角果数最高为1189.8个,株高最高为215.6cm,高抗病毒材料1份。芥菜型油菜单株生产力最高为25.8g,单株角果数最高为1554.2个,株高最高为256.1cm,着果密度最大为2.14个/cm。白菜型和芥菜型产量构成因素差异显著。Glucosinolate ,oil content and oil composition of local varieties in Brassica campestris and B. juncea were determined. Agronomical traits of the varieties were evaluated. It was the first time to find that five local vari-etis of Brassica juncea contained glucosinolate helovo 25 ^tmol/g in Sichuan. The maxinmum value of seed yield per plant,pods per plant,plant height,pods density on the main branch were 25. 8g,1554. 2,256. 1cm and 2- 14 pods/cm,respectively, in local varieties of B. juncea $ There was a high antivirulent disease variety in the local vaviefies of B. campestris. The lowest linolenic acid, the highest erucic acid and oil content, the highest 1000 grain weight,seed yield per plant,seeds per pod,pods per plant,plant height,density of pods on the main branch were 4. 5%,59. 63%,47. 2%,3. 84g,28. lg,28. 5,1189. 8,215. 6cm in local varieties of B. campestris. B. campestris differed from B. juncea in the components of yield.
