摘　　要：为了科学地优选钎具钢及其热处理工艺,依据模糊数学的原理,运用计算机,对四种钎具钢共12种热处理工艺的钎杆使用寿命进行了综合评判。由疲劳实验和钎杆的载荷谱,用成熟的“钎杆使用寿命预估”的方法检验评判结果。二者结果符合较好。The purpose of this paper is optimum choosing scientifically drill steel and the heat treating processes of the steels. Based on the axiom of fuzzy mathematics, the comprehensive evaluation on the four kinds of drill steels and 12 different heat treating processes have been performed with the help of a computer. It is show by check that the results of comprehensive evaluation are in good agreenent with the mature method of prediction of service life of drill bar by the fatigue testigue testing and loading score of drill bar.
