玄参粗提物对乳鼠心脏体外保存后耳后移植存活情况的影响

摘　　要：用小鼠耳后心脏移植模型,移植经玄参粗提物4℃保存1h、4h、8h、12h、24h、36h 的乳鼠心脏,移植后第7天起测定移植心脏的心电图,同系每隔3天测1次,异系间日测1次,计算各个时间段移植心在术后某一时间的存活率及测定终点时平均存活天数。结果:同系移植,保存1h、4h,术后各天存活率、平均存活天数玄参大、小剂量组与 KH 组间均无显著性差异(P 均>0.05)。保存8h 术后第15天,保存12h、24h 术后第11、15天,玄参大剂量组存活率均明显高于 KH 组,保存24h 术后第11、15天,玄参大剂量组存活率还明显高于小剂量组。保存8h、12h、24h 三个时间段,玄参大剂量组平均存活天数均明显比 KH组长,且保存24h 时间段,玄参大剂量组平均存活天数还明显比小剂量组长。异系移植:各保存时间段,术后第7、9天,玄参大剂量组与 KH 组两组间存活率无显著性差异。保存8h、12h、24h 术后第11天,玄参大剂量组的存活率明显高于 KH 组。各保存时间段,两组间平均存活天数均无显著性差异。提示:经一定浓度的玄参粗提物保存后,小鼠耳后移植心的存活率明显提高,同系移植平均存活天数延长,可能与其抗低温和缺血缺氧损伤,延长低温保存时间,提高低温保存质量以及抗排异反应有一定的关系。The authors transplanted suckling mice heart into mice ear and studied the survival rate and average survival day of the transplanted heart.The heart to be transplanted was preserved at 4 degrees centigrade for 1,4,8,12,24 and 36 hr in scrophularia ningpoensis extract solution of high-dose(20mg in a milliliter of KH solution) or low-dose(5mg in a millim- iter of KH solution),or in KH solution only(as control).The results judged by electrocardiogram showed:(1)In trans- plants between homologous series,when the transplanted hearts had been preserved for 1 or 4 hr,their survival rate and average survival day measured every day after transplantation showed no statistically significant difference among the high dose,low-dose,and the KH groups.When the heart preserving time was 8 hr,on the 15th day after transplantation,the survival rate and average survival day of the hearts of high-dose groups were higher than those of KH group,with the hearts preserved for 24 hr,on the 11th day after transplantation,the average survival day of the high-dose group were higer than that of the KH group.With the heart preserved for 24hr,on the 11th day after transplantation,the survival rate and average survival day of high-dose group was higher than those of low-dose group.With the heart preserved for 8, 12,and 24 hr the average survival day of the high-dose group were longer than that of the KH group.With the heart pre- served for 24 hr,the average survival day of the high-dose group was longer than that of the low-dose group.(2)In transplants between heterologous series,with the heart preserved for 8,12 and 24 hr,on the 11th day after transplanta- tion,the survival rates of the high-dose group were all obviously higher than those of KH group;hut with the heary pre- served for any of the above periods of time there was no statisically significant difference in the average survival day be- tween the high-dose group and KH group.The results indicated that the extract of Scrophularia ningpoensis might have the effects of prolonging the p
