醒脑开窍针法对快速老化模型小白鼠痴呆状态影响的实验研究

摘　　要：本研究应用日本老化鼠开展了针刺对痴呆状态影响的实验研究。研究结果表明,高架实验中 SAM-P/8小鼠较 SAM-R/1小鼠进入无屏壁区的次数、时间及距离明显提高(P<0.05或 P<0.01),表明老化鼠处于痴呆所表现的低恐怖不安状态,且脑组织 NE水平低下(P<0.05)。醒脑开窍针法对上述异常状态有明显的改善作用,可提高脑 NE 水平(P<0.01),而且可显著提高脑组织 SOD 活性(P<0.05)。非穴位针刺法对上述异常状态未观察到明显的作用,并可使脑5-HT 含量明显增多,估计与疼痛刺激使小鼠产生焦虑不安情绪有关。The effects of acupuncture on dementia condition of SAM-P/8 were studied in this research.The results showed that in high cross test,the frequency,time and distance which SAM-P/8 entered the dangerous area were increased obviously as compared with those of SAM-R/1(P<0.01,P<0.05),which indicated that SAM-P/8 were at the condition with high threshold of terror.Meanwhile,NE level in cerebral tissue of SAM-P/8 was decreased remarkably(P<0.05).After the special acupuncture treatment called Xingnao Kaiqiao(醒脑开窍)method,the above conditions of SAM-P/8 were im- proved obviously,which mainly showed by the results that the frequency,time and distance which SAM-P/8 entered into the dangerous area were reducced obviously,the NE level was increased(P<0.01),and the activity of SOD in cerebral tissue was strengthened distinctly(P<0.05).No obvious effects on the dementia condition were observed in the group of mice treated by needling their non-acupoint locations,which indicated that acupuncture effect has remarkable specificity in the location of acupuncture;and the content of 5-HT in cerebral tissue was increased obviously,which maybe due to anxiety induced by the pain stimulation.
