活血化瘀复方对实验性高脂血症血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：为了探讨活血化瘀复方对血脂血液流变学的作用与机理,采用高脂血症动物模型,动态观察了活血化瘀复方对甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、全血高切粘度(ηbh)及低切粘度(ηb1)、血浆粘度(ηP)、红细胞电泳时间(EPT)的影响。结果治疗组 TC、TG、ηbh、ηb1、ηP 均降低,EPT 缩短,HCT、HDL-C 升高。提示该药具有调节脂代谢作用,并通过改善红细胞表面电荷等机制,降低血液粘滞性。In order to explore the function and mechanism of Huoxue Huayu Recipe(HXHY)on blood lipid and hemorheolo- gy,a hyperlipemia animal model was established and the effect of HXHY on triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(Tc),high density lipoprotein-C(HDL-C),blood high sheer viscosity(ηbh),plasma viscosity(ηp),blood low sheer viscosity(ηb1), erythrocyte electrophoresis time(EPT)were dynamically observed.Results:The Tc,TG,ηbh,ηbl,ηp lowered,EPT shortened,HCT,HDL-C elevated,They were more evident than those of control group.It suggested that HXHY could regulate the lipid metabolism,and through improving the surface electric charge of RBC to lower the blood viscosity.
