复方补益中药对L_(7212)小鼠白血病祖细胞的影响  

Influence of Complex Decoctions of Chinese Reinforcing Drugs on Colony Forming Unit-Leukemia(CFU-L)of L7212 Leukemic Mice

摘　　要：通过细胞培养探讨了益气养阴方和补气养血方对 L_(7212)白血病小鼠白血病祖细胞(CFU-L)的影响,结果各组 CFU-L 集落数分别为:益气养阴方组59.69±17.40个,补气养血方组77.05±21.19个,生理盐水对照组80.30±20.05个,其中益气养阴方组与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),补气养血方组与对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。提示以益气养阴为主组成的益气养阴方体内可直接抑杀自血病细胞,而以补气养血为主组成的补气养血方体内无抑杀白血病细胞的作用。The influence of the drugs reinforcing Qi and nourishing Yin on colony forming unit-leukemia(CFU-L)of Leukemia with hepatosplenomegaly were observed.The animal were divided into three groups.Each group consisted of 10 mice. Three preparations(decoctions of two Chinese reinforcing drugs and normal saline are injected into the stomachs of the mice of the three groups respectively.After 6 days,the spleens were excised from the mice and the cells of leukemia sepa- rated from the spleens;cells of leukemia were then cultured with methyl-cellulose.After seven days,it was found that the number of CFU-L in the three groups were as follows:The group treated with decoction reinforcing Qi and nourishing Yin:59.69±17.40;the group treated with decoction reinforcing Qi and nourishing blood:77.05±21.19;the group treated with normal saline(eontrol group):80.30±20.05.The number of CFU-L in the group treated with decoction re- inforcing Qi and nourishing Yin was notably lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).This showed that decoction reinforcing Qi and nourishing Yin can notably inhibit CFU-L.The result obtained in the group treated with decoetion re- inforcing Qi and nourishing blood was not striking different from that obtained in the control group(P>0.05).The re- sults indicate that decoction reinforcing Qi and nourishing Yin can inhibit and kill cells of leukemia in the body of mice, but the decoction reinforcing Qi and nourishing blood did not have the effect.
