摘　　要：用凝固汽油灼烧法造成家兔和小鼠背部Ⅲ度焦痴性烧伤模型,观察愈肤生肌膏的治疗作用。结果表明,愈肤生肌膏可明显缩短焦痴脱落时间,减少烧伤感染率和死亡率。其作用机理可能与该药具有明显抗炎作用、促进微循环及提高免疫功能有关。The effects of Yufu Shengji ointment (YFSJO) on the model of rabbits and mice with the third-degree napalm scorched burns on their back were studied.The results showed that YFSJO could reduce the time of crust scaling,reduce infection rate and mortality,The possible mechanisms responsible for the therapeutic effects of YFSJO on the third-de- gree burns was relevant to its anti-inflammatory effects,improving the micro-circulation and promoting the immunologi- cal functions.
