慢性激怒大鼠的应激反应和滋补肝肾方药的调整作用

摘　　要：用滋补肝肾方药对大鼠慢性激怒应激反应的平抑调整效应进行观察,结果显示:应激组激怒状态积分、肾上腺指数、血浆皮质酮、儿茶酚胺和内皮素含量等增加;体重、心、肾、睾丸重量、胸腺指数和血清睾酮等降低。滋补肝肾方药组显示可拮抗调整应激所致这些指标的变化,疏肝理气方和人参无此作用,反证支持本实验慢性激怒应激态证属肝肾阴虚。本研究从滋补肝肾角度为慢性应激相关度较高的部分疾病的中药防治提供了实验依据,所采用的方法亦可作为“七情内伤”的研究手段。Inhibiting and regulating effects of composite Nourishing Liver and Kidney recipe on the stress reaction chronically enraged rats were investigated.The results showed that in stressed group accumulated marks of enraged status,adrenal gland index,and plasma contents of corticosterone,catecholamine and endothelin increased;body weight,heart,kidney and tesis weights,thymus index and serum testosterone decreased.The Nourishing Liver and Kidney recipe group showed that it could resist the changes of those targets induced by the stress,while the Clearing I.iver and Regulating Qi recipe and Panax Ginseng did no have such effects,so that disproved and not supported the Syndrome Differentiation as Yin De- ficiency of Liver and Kidney for chronically enraged stress status in rats in the present experiment.This paper provided experimental basis in the aspect of Nourishing Liver and Kidney for clinically preventing and treating some diseases highly related with chronic and psychology stress with Chines herbal medicine,the method used here might be adopted as the way of studies on“Seven Emotions Resulting in Internal Injury”.
