摘　　要：用模式耦合理论导出了渐变复合腔中高频驻波场幅值纵向分布的普适方程，并首次考虑了ＴＭ型寄生模式的影响。对工作模式对ＴＥ（６１）／ＴＥ（６２）的８ｍｍ渐变复合腔在不同尺寸下进行了多种计算，并与忽略ＴＭ寄生模的计算结果加以比较。Based on mode coupling theory, the general equations for the axial rf standing-wave amplitudes in a complex cavity with gradual transitions are deduced,and for the first time the TM type spurious modes are taken into account.Calculations are carried out foe 8 mm gradual complex cavities with TE61/The62 mode pair and various sizes. A contrast is made between the results and those of the previous method,Which neglected the TM spurious modes.
