摘　　要：为了解我国学龄前儿童的生长发育现状，在１９９２年第三次全国营养调查的基础上，利用我国９市和ＮＣＨＳ／ＷＨＯ推荐的标准对我国０～６岁儿童的生长发育状况进行了评价。结果表明：我国近十年来学龄前儿童的体格发育有了明显的改善，体重不足率和生长迟缓率已接近２０００年的全球性目标，但发育不良儿童仍占有较大比例，而且学龄前儿童生长发育状况存在明显的城乡差别。为此作者提出几点改善建议。In order to understand the preschool children's developmental status in China, the authors evaluated the physical status of children aged under 6-year using references of 9 cities in China and National Center for Health Statistics-World Health Organization (NCHS/ WHO), based on the data of the Third National Nutrition Survey in China. The results show that there is manifest improvement of preschool children's physical development in the last decade, and that the rates of underweight and stunting are close to Global goals for year 2000, but there are still substantial proportions of children in underdeveloped status, and there exists big difference between urban and rural areas. The authors gave some advice on improving the development of preschool children in China.
