柴油机喷油系统故障不解体检测仪的研究

摘　　要：本文通过分析柴油机喷油系统中压力波形的变化趋势,探讨了用微机检测技术对柴油机喷油系统故障不解体检测的方法,给出了新型检测仪器的组成框图。并简述了建立不同型号柴油机喷油系统的“标准故障图谱”和“故障数据库”的意义及现场适用的可行性。This article investigates the checking and measuring methool of micro- computer technique in non-felled into pieces by analyzing the spray-oil system of the disel engine for the change able trend of the pressure wave form, and shows the constitution diagram of the new-type checking and measuring instrument. It describes in short and brief the meaning and the on-the-spot applicable possibility for establishing 'The standard graphic chart of the failures' and 'The data bank of the failures' for the spray-oil system of the diffrent type diesel engine.
