摘　　要：我们为某超大型、高精度的摇摆台研制了一台动态精度检测仪,该检测仪原理新颖、测试精度高、结构简单、使用方便,有很高的性能/价格比。 本文将简要介绍其检测原理、仪器结构、关键技术及质量评定。A novel instrument for measuring dynamic accuracy used in extra-large platform with high accuracy has been developed. It takes the advantages, of high accuracy, simple structure, convenience and high performance/price ratio. The measuring principle, structure, accuracy and key technology will be instroduced in this paper.
