体位对重症脑血管病人的护理观察研究

摘　　要：对112例重症脑血管病人分三组不同体位观察,发现头部抬高25～30度在减少并发症、降低死亡率,减少神经功能缺损程度积分方面都优于平卧位及头部抬高15～20度,作者对其机理及护理方面应注意的事项作了探索。During this study, 112patients with severe cerebrovascular disease were divided into three observation groups due to different posture. The author found that the group with head raised 25 - 30degree is superior to supine group and the group with head raised 15 - 20 degree in complication reducement, mortality lowering and decreasement of Neverous systerm function defect. The author also probe the mechanism and some points for attention in nursing.
