摘  要:With the rapid development of life science,separation and analysis of gene andbiomolecule have become one of the most important fields in analytic biochemistry.Of various separation methods,capillary electrophoresis is the most effective one to be usedin the research.As the ratio of weight and electric charge of nuclei acid is almostequal to each other,the separation of nuclei acid is based on their size and shape in CE.So capillary sieving electrophoresis is chosen as the chief method for DNA fragment sepa-ration at present.Capillary sieving electrophoresis includes capillary gel
