摘　　要：本文报告５１例病人采用ＡＯ内固定技术治疗的经验。男３３例，女１８例，平均年龄４１．５岁，新鲜骨折４８例，陈旧性骨折３例，开放性骨折１７例。采用单纯拉力螺钉固定５例，ＡＯ钢板固定４３例，张力带钢丝与克氏针合用固定３例，均获得骨性愈合，经过半年至三年的临床观察，病人关节功能完全恢复正常。文中就手术方法的选择、术中及术后处置的有关问题进行了讨论。his paper reported 51 cases with limb fractures are treated with AO technique.The patientsconsists of 33 males and 18 females with an average age of 41.5 years. 48 cases were fresh frac-tures and 3 cases old fractures .17 cases were open fractures.5 cases were used with simple lagscrew fixtion,43 with AO-plate,3 with tension band technique along with stabilizing Kwires. Allof these patients got bone union. By half to three year clinical follow up,the function of the pa-tients joints is back to normal.This paper talks about the choice of operating programmes andquestions of operation and post-operation.
