应用AO钉板治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的初步报告

摘　　要：股骨粗隆间骨折以往以骨牵引及卧床休息等保守治疗为主，由于长期卧床造成下肢关节活动受限等并发症。近年来对于粗隆间骨析主张手术治疗，以利于患肢早期活动防止关节活动受限等并发症的发生。我科于１９９５年起使用瑞士内固定学会研制的ＡＯ钉板治疗粗隆间骨折６例，临床观察骨折复位内固定及髋、膝关节功能恢复较好。现报告其应用中的体会。reviously,the main therapy of intertrochantric fracture was nonoperative methods such asclosed reduction,csting and traction techniques.It’s always needs patients on bed long time thatthe joint function often had been restricted.In the recent years,the open reduction and internalfixation of this fractures maybe patients mobilization early time so that It had good joint function. From 1995 we treated 6 case of this fnactures by open .reducation and internal fixation by AOnialplate. Felliw uq with anlk joint move rang, pain aid x- xay found it had excellent chinic re- sults so we closcuss key piouts of this operation in this paper
