摘　　要：本文报告经手术证实的腰椎间盘突出合并侧隐窝狭窄症４７例，年龄１８一５６岁，平均４３．７岁，以手术治疗为主，采用半椎板切除腰椎间盘摘出和侧隐窝扩大术，经全部随访优良率达８５．１％。7 cases of lumbar disc hernia with lateral recess stenosis confiremed by operation werereported.The age range is from 18 to 65 years old with an average of 437,The extraction oflunibar disc were perfomed simultaneously with enlargement of the lateral yecess throughhemilaminectomg. All the patients bad foliowed-up,and the ravorable excellent results were seenin 85.1.The authors believe that the diagnosis of this condition mainly edpends upon the typicalhistory of the patient and the severe clincal symptoms and signs,with the radiotraphic reatures.
