不同喂养方式对婴儿生长发育的影响

摘　　要：本文对２４０例健康婴儿的喂养方式与其体重、身高、头围、胸围值进行了动态观察测定，经方差分析，三种喂养方式比较，人乳与人工：６月内无论男女体重、身高、头围、胸围存在显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。人乳与混合：１月－３月组男体重、身高、头围、胸围和４月－６月组男体重、身高、胸围，女体重、胸围存在显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。混合与人工：１月－３月组女体重、身高和４月一６月男身高及女胸围存在显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。７月一１２月组三种喂养方式体重、身高，无差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），头围、胸围存在极显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。分析结果提示：人乳能促进婴儿生长发育。he relationship between distinctive feeding and the weight length,head circumference andchest circumference in 240 cases of healthy infants were observed continuously. The results byChi-square test analysis showed that the values of weightk,length and chest circumference in themale and female infants inder six months of age,between breast-feeding and artificial feeding haddifference sinnificantly(p<0.05),Between breast-feeding and mixedness-feeding. the values of weight,length,circumference and chest circumference in male in-fants in 1-3months of age had difference significantly,the weinht,length and chest circumferencein male infants,the chest circumference in female infants in4-6months of age had differencesignificantly(p<0.05).Between mixedness feeding and artificial feeding,the values of weight,length in female and length in male infants in 1-3month of age had difference significantly, thevalues of length in male infants and the head circumference in female infants in 4-6months of agehad difference significantly(p<0.05).Between the three feeding patterns, the values of age hadno difference,but the values of head circumference had difference very sygnificantly(p<0.01),These above- mentioned results showed that the breast-feeding have important role for devel-opment of physical and central nervous system of infants.
