摘　　要：本文观察了３８例急性心肌梗塞（ＡＭＩ）患者入院时ＱＴ离散度的变化情况，发现ＡＭＩＱＴ离散度较正常对照组明显增加，并探讨了与室性心律失常、梗塞部位，梗塞范围的关系。his article reported the variability of QT dispression measurements in 38 cases of acutemyocardial infraction(AmI)The result shows that the QT disppression in AmI group is higherthan that of the control Also the author discussed the relations among the QT,dispression and theventricular arrhythmia the location. and range of infraction
