无环鸟苷治疗带状疱疹60例疗效观察

摘　　要：采用无环岛苷静滴治疗６０例带状疱疹患者并与ＶｉｔＢ１、ＶｉｔＢ１２肌注治疗比较，以观察无环岛苷临床疗效。结果：无环岛苷组停发新疱，消除疼痛的平均日数及总病程均短于ＶｉｔＢ１、ＶｉｔＢ１２对照组，统计学检验具极显著差异（Ｐ＜０．００１）。提示元环岛苷药能迅速止痛，止疱，缩短病程是治疗带状疱疹的理想抗病毒药物。60 patients with herpes joster were treated with acyclovir by intravenous drip,comparingwith vitamin B,and B12by intramuscular injection,to observe the therapeutic effects of acyclovir,The results show:in the acyclovir cohort,the mean time of preventing new vesicles,e-liminating pain,and the toial duration is much shorter than the vitamin B1 and B12 cohort,which is stasically signifieant(P<0.001).This indicates that acyclovir can quickly inhibitnew vesicles,eliminate pain,and shorten the duration,it should be a satisfactory anti-virusdruy.
