摘　　要：微转移理论作为肿瘤预后的重要因素已受到越来越多的关注。结直肠癌是常见的消化道恶性肿瘤,近年随着细胞角蛋白(CK)20与结直肠癌外周血微转移研究的深入,发现其在结直肠癌的进展和临床诊治中具有重要的意义。本文就CK20在结直肠癌外周血微转移中的研究作一综述。More and more attention has been paid to micrometastasis theory because of its prognostic importance in recent years. Colorectal cancer （CRC） is one of the most common malignant gastrointestinal tumors. With the progress of study on cytokeratin 20 （CK20） in peripheral blood micrometastasis of CRC, CK20 was considered to play a crucial role in the diagnosis, treatment, and progression of CRC. This article reviewed the studies on CK20 in peripheral blood micrometastasis of CRC.
