摘　　要：目的探讨氯离子通道-1(chloride intracellular channel 1,CLIC-1)mRNA及蛋白在结肠癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用RT-PCR和免疫组化检测2011年1-6月本院手术切除的54例结肠癌和相应癌旁组织中CLIC-1mRNA及蛋白的表达,分析其与临床病理特征的关系。结果结肠癌组织中的CLIC-1 mRNA表达水平高于癌旁组织[(0.658±0.043)vs(0.281±0.027),P<0.05],CLIC-1蛋白表达与浸润程度、有无淋巴结转移和TNM分期比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),而与患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤直径、原发部位、分化程度方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 CLIC-1在结肠癌中的表达明显升高,在结肠癌的进展中可能有一定作用。Objective To investigate the expression of chloride intracellular channel 1（CLIC-1） in colon cancer and its clinical significance.Methods Expression of CLIC-1 mRNA and protein were detected by reverse transcription PCR（RT-PCR） and immunohistochemical staining in 54 tissue samples of colon carcinoma and corresponding para-carcinoma tissues collected in our hospital from January to June 2011,respectively.Correlation of CLIC-1 expression and clinicopathologic features was analyzed.Results CLIC-1 mRNA and protein expression in colon cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in corresponding para-carcinoma tissues（P0.05,respectively）.Significant differences were found among invasion degree（P0.05）,lymph node metastasis（P0.05） and TNM stage（P0.01） of the patients with CLIC-1 protein expression.However,there was no significant difference among age,sex and size,position and differentiation of the patients with CLIC-1 protein expression（P0.05,respectively）.Conclusion CLIC-1 is highly expressed in colon cancer,and may play a certain role in progression of colon cancer.
