摘　　要：本文分析了冲突分析所存在的问题并提出了解决方法，为此引入了势函数．用势函数代替偏好值进行冲突分析，所得结论更合理更精确．In this paper an improving method is introduced for conflict analysis to get more reasonable and more accurate results.The efficiency of the new method is confirmed mathematically by two examples and a theorem.
