摘　　要：阐明我国滩海油田开发的特点,对制约滩海油田快速开发建设的几个关键技术方面进行探讨,并对解决这些问题的技术发展方向提出一些看法,有助于促进滩海油田开发海工技术的发展。This paper described the oil developing characteristic and inquired some key technical problems in speed up oil exploitation at shallow sea oil field. Also writer provide some idea about solve these problems as to promote shallow sea oil exploitation.
