摘　　要：当前人类正处于一场新的军事技术革命之中。它以电子信息技术为核心技术,为武器装备的新发展提供空前的机遇,预示着21世纪的武器和军队必将是信息化的武器和军队,未来战场将是信息化战场。It is alrealy a final Conclu- sion that human society has entered into the information era. A new Military Tech- nology Revolution Military Revolution with electronic information technology as its core is confronting us.
