腹外斜肌代臀中肌术的临床应用(附120例报告)

摘　　要：在儿麻后遗症中,因臀肌麻痹所至髋关节不稳极为常见,治疗困难。我们在治疗过程中,在采用骨科联合手术的同时,辅以臀肌功能重建,尤其是腹外斜肌代臀中肌术,在稳定髋关节方面取得了满意疗效,本文就此术式的指征、方法、合并手术、手术技巧和提高疗效的方法进行了探讨。We used osseous joint operation and glulaeus function reestablishmen to treat hip joint unfirrn which leaded by sequela of poliomyelitis. Especially oblique abdominal muscle replaced mesoglulaeus operation. The results was excellent. The authors made on inquiry into the operation indication, method, combined operation, operation technique and the method of raise curative effect for this operation in this article.
