摘　　要：从1993至1995年对31例胫腓骨骨折病人在X线监视机下行闭合穿针治疗。术后效果满意,无伤口感染、骨延迟愈合及骨不连。该方法为弹性固定,符合生物力学需要,是治疗胫腓骨骨折的理想方法。31 cases, of the tibiofibular fractures had been treated by internal fixation with closed intramedullary nails,guided by the X-ray monitor from 1993 to 1995- The postoperative result was excellent. There were no wounded infection,no bony non-union,and delayed union. The method is an elastic fixation. It can fulfill the requirement of biomechanical stress. So this is an ideal methods for the treatment of the tibiofibular fractures.
