摘　　要：RF(Reduction Fixation)系统是治疗胸腰段不稳定骨折的一种新方法,为国人设计的椎弓根螺钉系统。其角度螺钉有0°、5°、10°、15°四种。报告了15例RF系统在胸腰段不稳定骨折病人中的应用。认为其性能优于万向关节的AO(Dick)系统,Steffee系统。其优点:创伤小,固定坚强有力,有效安全地整复骨折椎体,恢复正常的脊柱力线,有利促进骨融合,术后护理方便,可提前下床,减少并发症发生。RF system designed by Chinese was a new treatment method for thoracolum-bar fractures, which inclouds four different angle screws:0°, 5°, 10°, 15°. This method has been used in 15 Cases,the effect was better than AO(Dick) and Steffee system. The advantage inclouding less injuring,rigidity fixation,reduction the vertebral body safetly,recorering the normal spinal stross line,improving interbody fousing,easily nursing and reducing Complication.
