国人体外震波碎石术后上尿路结石的物相分析研究

摘  要:国外对上尿路结石的成分分析已有部分报道,国内较少,但对体外震波碎石术后之上尿珞结石用X线衍射和红外光谱等进行物相分析研究,国内外尚未见其具体报道。本研究对国人体外震波碎石术(ESWL)后之上尿路结石进行了物相分析。结果表明所检结石成分含一水草酸钙、二水草酸钙、α—草酸钙、β—草酸钙、羟磷灰石、水合磷酸镁铵、尿酸尿酐酸等。此方法及其所得结果对上尿路结石的理化性质、结构、病因、结石形成、结石类型、尿石的诊断、治疗效果的判断以及预防结石复发都提供重要的线索和依据。Analysis on the composition of the calculi in the upper urinary tract has been conducted abroad, but few reports have been found in China. This article is about the study on solid phase analysis of the calculi using X -ray diffraction and Infraredspectrometry after extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy. To our Rnowledge , no such studies have been reported at home and abroad up to now. In our study, We analysed the calculi in the upper urinary tract of many Chinese people after they undertook ESWL. The resides showed there are various components in thesecalculi including CaC2O4 · 2H2O,CaC2O4 · H2O,a-CaC2O4,P-CaC2O4,MgNH4PO4· 6H2O,Ca5(PO4)3 · OH C5H4N4O3,C6H6N2O2 and etc. the method and resulfs of this study are helpful to our understanding of thephysical and chemical natuer , structure , formation , patterns and causes of the calculi. They also provide useful information and basis to diagnosis .treatment and prevention of the lithiasis.
