摘　　要：９７’香港回归后，香港、大陆两地关系将发生历史性变化，并将对宁波经济产生影响，也给香港宁兴公司发展带来机遇与挑战，结合香港宁兴公司现状、特点和存在问题，可以对它９７’以后的发展思路、发展步骤、投资方向和对策作出选择．Considering the present situation and the existing problems in Ning Xing Corp., the article analyzes the historical change of the relationship between Hongkong and the mainland after 1997, the influence of Hongkong's return to China on the Ningbo economy and the chances and challenges it will bring about. The article further expounds Ning Xing Corp.'s development conceptions, development steps, the choice of investment orientation and suggestions.
