摘　　要：全电子复费率电度表是目前一大发展趋势。文章介绍了作者研制的以８０９８单片机为核心的三相全电子复费率电度表的原理、结构、软件设计，并介绍了应用８０９８单片机时作者曾遇到过的问题，最后给出了三相全电子复费率电度表在现有条件下的线性度测试结果。This paper Introduces the principle, structure and software design ofa novel full electron multi-charge-rate watt-hour meter which takes 8098 single-chip microprocessors as its key parts. Besides, the paper introduces some problems which may occurs when using 8098 single-chip mlcroprocessors, and finally gives some testing curves of the watt-hour meter.
