摘　　要：　本文报告经手术、影像诊断证实的４例先天性异位肾，其中胸肾２例，下腹部２例。并对先天性异位肾的影像诊断和影像诊断的价值提出了讨论。he paper reported 4 cases with congenital ectopic kidney proved by surgery or imaging diagnosis.Two in thorax and two in lower abdomen.Imageologic diagnosis of this anomaly and its diagnostic value were discussed.
