244例婴幼儿营养不良临床分析与川北农村儿童保健措施的思考

摘　　要：本文通过对２４４例婴幼儿营养不良的临床分析，提示我地婴幼儿营养不良的主要病因是喂养不当。并对患儿家庭背景，营养不良的主要并发症，疗效及转归等进行了分析。结合川北地区儿保工作现状，笔者提出：各级党政领导把妇幼卫生工作纳入行政目标管理；实行乡、村级的合作医疗；定期人员培训，提高儿保人员素质；巩固和加强高校妇幼卫生专业建设；推行并完善乡、村级保健保偿制；是搞好我地妇幼卫生工作，降低婴幼儿营养不良患病率的主要措施。This paper analysed 244 infants with malnurition. The result showed that in our areathe primary factor of malnutrition of infants was unsuitable feeding. The family background,clinical manifestritions,signs,complications,curative effect and progonsis of these infantswere also dicussed. so we suggest that the mother and child care work skould be brought in-to the objective administrition of the authorities at all levels, The cooperative medical serviceof rural area should be set up.In addition, training and enhancement of quality for the tech-nicians,Strengthening the speciality construction of the maternal and child hygien in madicalcolleges or universities and prectising and perfection of health care in the rural area are veryimportant factors for the reducing mortality of infants with malnutrition in our area.
