二维彩色多普勒和声学造影诊断房间隔缺损的价值（附20例手术对照分析）

摘　　要：本文通过经手术证实的２０例房间隔缺损（ＡＳＤ）患者的超声分析，结果表明：１、２ＤＥ上房间隔回声失落是ＡＳＤ的直接证据。２ＤＥ能对ＡＳＤ分类，所测缺损大小与手术对照，相关性良好（ｒ＝０．９５５，Ｐ＜０．０１）。２、造影或ＣＤＦＩ能显示房水平分流。对左向右分流者，ＣＤＦＩ敏感；对右向左分流者，声学造影敏感。３、右心容量负荷过重为ＡＳＤ间接表现。This article presents 20 cases with atrial septal defect(ASD) diagnosed by color DopplerFlow Imaging(CDFI )and acoustic contrast. All cases were comfirmed by surgery. The re-sults showed that 1)Echo drop out of interatrial septum in 2DE is the direct signs for ASD.2DE could determine the type of ASD and define the size of defect with good correlation tosurgical results(r=0.955,P<0.01).2)CDFI or acoustic contrast could demonstrate a shuntof atrial level CDFI is more sensitive than acoustic contrast for the left to right shunt ofASD. But acoubtic contrast is more sensitive than CDFI for the righ to left shunt.Overloadvolum in right heart is indirect signs.
