摘  要:着重对红麻皮烧碱蒽醌法化学浆蒸煮过程中木素结构的变化进行研究探讨。'H-NMR谱图及UV和IR光谱表明,红麻韧皮部木素属于GSH型木素,以紫丁香基结构单元为主,木素中仅存在很少的酯键连接。蒸煮过程中,升温阶段愈疮木基结构单元比紫丁香基单元溶出快,150℃以后紫丁香基才开始大量溶出,蒸煮后期浆中木素与半纤维素形成LCC复合体,使残余木素难以脱除。This paper describes the changes in lignin structure during the soda-AQ pulping of kenaf bast fibers. 'H-NMR spectra shows that kenaf bast fibre lignin is of the GSH type predominating in syringyl structure units and with only minor hydroxybenzyls being present. The ratio of G/S/H is found to be 0. 41/l/0. 08. Kenaf bast fibre lignin is much similar to hardwood lignin. Less ester linkage is found in kenaf lignin as obseved by UV and IR spectra. This is the major reason for being less susceptible to cooking of kenaf bast fibre when compared with straw.As can be noticed on the 'H-NMR spectra and methoxyl content guaiacyl structure unit dissolved more rapidly than syringyl structure in the heating-up period. A great quantity of syringyl structures begin to dissolve during the 'at temperature'period. IR spectra indicates that a lot of LCC complex is formed at the end of the cook. As a result,delignification is more difficult.
