摘  要:AS-AQ麦草浆经过甲醇强化氧漂,可获得得率高、粘度高、可漂性好、白度高、易打浆、强度好的浆料,再经1.5%H2O2漂白即可达到82%SBD的高白度,实现全无氯、短序、高白度漂白。This paper deals with methanol-reinforced oxygen pretreatment, and hydrogen peroxide bleaching of wheat straw AS-AQ pulps. The results show that pretreatment presumes rather significant effects on the bleached pulp properties. Experimental investigations reveal that methanol charge is the most important variable,whereas initial oxygen pressure is of secondary importance. Oxygen bleaching temperature seems to have great effect on the bleached yield. Excessive high temperature would decidedly bring about drops in brightness. And oxygen bleaching time plays a minor role in bleached pulp qualities. Methanol proves itself very well to be an effective reinforcing agent in oxygen bleaching of wheat straw AS-AQ pulps. With methanol reinforced oxygen pretreatment,AS-AQ Pulps,with high yield,high viscosity and strength,as well as improved initial brightness,and excellent beating property,can be readily beached to a brightness of 82% SBD with 1. 5% H2O2 charge. This bleaching sequence with OP makes it possible to bleach AS-AQ wheat straw pulps up to 80% SBD brightness with totally chlorine-free reagents in a short sequence. Three OP bleaching sequences with different methanol are suggested.
