摘  要:用TG-DTG法研究了Qy-1增稠剂在空气中的热氧化降解过程和非等温动力学,发现Qy-1增稠剂热重TG曲线为4个台阶,说明Qy-1增稠剂的热氧降解反应分为4步,且每步反应的动力学参数不相同;随升温速率的提高,降解温度相对增大,而降解率变化比较复杂,降解过程中均约有5%的残碳存在.用双热重曲线法求得各台阶的反应级数,用Coats-Redfern方程进行动力学处理,求得各台阶的表观活化能E和频率因子A.By using TG and DTG,the processes of the thermal degradation of Qy-1 thickening agent in air have been studied. It has been found that the thermal oxidation of Qy-1 thickening agent is of four steps. The degradation tempertures at various degradation steps are increased with the heating rate. But the degrees of degradation are complicated. However, the total degrees of degradation of Qy-1 thickening agent for each heating rate are similar,i. e. about 95 % at 670K.Treated with Coats-Redfern equation,we found the apparent degradation reaction order and the activated energy of degradation reaction.
