摘　　要：报告了27例心脏创伤的急救(24例成活,3例死亡),分析了心脏创伤的临床表现,诊断要点、及其抢救措施;明确指出剖胸探查、心脏修补是治疗心脏创伤的有效方法。This article reports 27 cases of the emergency treatment for cardictrauma, among which 24 cases survived and 3 cases died. It analyses theclinical manifestation , diagnostic essentials and emergency treatment for cardiotrauma. It points out definitely exploratory thoracotomy and cardinrrhaphy.is and dffective measure for cardiotrauma.
