β－内酰胺类抗生素联合应用中存在的问题

摘　　要：通过对近三年医院感染病例回顾性调查，其中７５例曾在感染早期联合应用青霉素族治疗，７２例治疗失败（９６％），且这部分病人中有７例因发生抗生素副反应而停药。因此，治疗失败的病例，平均直接损失为４２７．４元。作者认为在治疗医院感染病例时，抗生素的选择尤为重要。并提出在治疗医院感染早期病例中，抗生素的使用原则。y retrospective investigation of nosocomial infective cases in recent 3 years,75 cases received penicillins by combination in the early stage of infection, 72 of them were proved to be failure(96%), and 7 of 72 cases stopped receiving penicillins because of side reaction, resulting in the average direct ad ditional cost of 427.4 yuan. We think it is very important to choose proper antibiotics for the treatment of nosocomial infection,The policies of antibiotics were proposed for the treatment of nosocomial infec tion in the early stage.
