69例老年尸检病例医院感染分析  

Analysis of nosocomial infection in the 69 cases of autoptical elderly

摘　　要：本文分析了我院１９９０～１９９１年６９例老年尸检病例的临床资料和尸检资料。其中３３例发生了医院感染，发生率为４７．８３％。尸检证实，临床误诊率为２５．０９％，漏诊率为１８．１８％。主要讨论了医院感染危险因素和预防措施。Clinical characteristics and autoptical datum of 69 elderly patients in our hospital from 1990 to 1991 were analysed.33 cases suffered from nosocomialhkction. The nosocomial infection rate was 47.83%. Autopsy suggested that the rate of clinical mistake in diagnosis was 25.09%,the rate of clinical miss diagnosis was 18.18%. The dangerous factors of nosocomial infection and preventive measures was discussed.Autopsy is one of best measures of confirmative diagnosis.
