摘 要:本实验观察了氢可琥珀和环磷酰胺对大鼠肺泡巨噬细胞数量和功能的影响。结果显示两药均可减少大鼠肺泡巨噬细胞的数量,环磷酰胺可明显降低其吞噬能力,亦可使酵母多糖刺激后鲁米诺依赖的细胞化学发光峰值降低,尤其是两药合用时具有协同怍用。提示糖皮质激素和环磷酰胺能干扰大鼠肺巨噬细胞的正常功能,从而降低肺局部对病原微生物的防御能力,增加医源性肺炎的发病率。The effects of hydrocortisone sodium succinate(HSS) and Cyclophosphamide (CTX) on numbers and function of pulmonary alveolar macrophages(PAM) were studied in rats. It was found that the numbers of PAM for HSS and CTX group were obviously decreased. The phagocytosis and chemoluminescence peak values of PAM for CTX group were markedly reduced either. CTX and HSS have synergistic actions. It is indicated that glucocorticoid and cyclophsphamide could interference with the function of PAM in rats, and decrease the ability of pulmonary host to defense against bacteria infection, and increase the incidence of nosocomial pneumonia.
